yeah igo2x nga ma daug nimo nga weights. than e pun-e every few weeks. then high reps. work well for me.

lifting heavy burns more calories than doing a lot of reps @ light weight (BURNS OFF Muscles kung pirmehon ... waste of time)... and kamo tanan, ayaw mo pag hunahuna nga mo dako mo kung mo alsa mo ug bug-at... MYTHs MYTHs and MYTHs... do you guys really think that its THAT EASY TO GAIN LEAN MUSCLES? hahahaha!!! you must be joking me... you dont have enough testosterone for that kind of thinking! especially for women...

i am currently 160 pounds right now. before i was 185 pounds. i need to lose another 30 to 35 pounds, height is 5'4.![]()
i think diet is very important if you want to loose weight. burn tu-od kag 400 cal through exercise pero dugang sad kag 600 calÂ* sa imong gi pang kaon wala lang gihapon nay epek.Â* and getting same body in that pic is not very easy.Â* kabalo baya ka anang mga hollywood stars naa na silay personal trainers. if you want to loose weight and build muscles you have to combine cardio exercise like jogging, 30 mins 3x a week ok na sya. nya lift kag weight mga 3x a week. it doenst have to be everyday coz muscles need to rest otherwise it will not respond.Â* and muscles need protein to rebuild itself. so kung di ka mo kaon ug daghang protina di lang gihapon na mo dako imong muscles bisag usaon pa nimog weight lifting.
timan-i lang kung loosing weight imong aim, just eat lesser than what you usually do. to loose 1lb of weight you need to burn 3,500 cals. so if you eat 500 cals less per day that means you can loose 1lb in one week.Â* kung di sad ka gusto mag diet and you want to maintain you eating habits then do cardio or aerobic exercise where you can burn calories.Â* Â*
Lifting weights == losing weight?
tinuod ni cya para nako... last dec ako weight was around 175 lbs to 180 lbs. nagsugod dayon ko ug minus sa ako fud intake nya nag gym pud and i also started jogging 2X or 3X. hangtod karon gym gihapon and i am now weighing around 145 to 150 lbs.
exercise+less food intake = MU NIWANG KA!!! hehehe....
