I wanted to know... because all I can think of is stuff like register and vote, be aware of the issues blah blah blah... It's all vague and probably something a student would say to a teacher to get points when asked that question... please provide realistic answer; something more concrete than: we'll progress little by little someday somehow..

2) dili mag salig sa gobyerno... if you can do it then do it... as long as it is on legal grounds

our country is known to be sick for many years - due to the numerous disasters that struck us......

learning from Manila and nearby Asian countries (that is what the leaders of this island should be doing) - design the city and the metropolitan areas to have better sewer systems to avoid flooding

engineer the cities for future development

develop and strengthen disaster preparedness and prevention (with emphasis on the latter)

we are in a country full of islands - so get real - strenghten the navy and coast guard

keep cops visible and their values in check
