Functions
1. searches your inputed page for a link exactly as provided as a condition.
2. if search returns true. your site will be added to their database, and gives you a link in their web directory.

i am just wondering what is the code: when they visit a url and search for a link and return back to the page and give a response.

Server receives string 'userwebsite' and validates it
If accepted, server downloads html file from the given location and parses it for meta tags
Server returns parsed meta tags as strings and assign each to string variables: title, description, etc.
Server returns results back to user form for further editing by user

There is a PHP content retrieval program here called Mine The Web

This one may be too advanced for your requirements. It does more than hunt for meta content. You actually have to write some spider scripts to make it work.
