EVOLUTION indeed is a FACT . Scientist based their studies from fossils , anthropology etc that coincides the bible's CREATION . In short , the EVOLUTION THEORY came up from the concept of the CREATION STORY . We might disagree with and demand for proof with it but associate closely the BIGBANG THEORY , MICRO ORGANISMS that eventually became the living things and lastly the MISSING LINK , these are all in the Book of GENESIS . The CREATION STORY is more of a SUMMARIZATION OUTPUT and the EVOLUTION THEORY is a SYSTEMIZED FINDING .

Evolution is a discovery made by science not according to the bible. you just like to prove evolution in your own way because you just can't put in the right perspective that science explained it precisely. Adam had no parent... of course he was... that's why it was magically created from dust/clay/soil/.. whatever the story was.
