Super Bob's and Leo's statements are not all considered libelous. and if there is, nakiha nasab cla cguro.

Moreover, Super Bob is too pre-occupied with his beef with Tomas.
Maybe, but we know Super Bob's comments are too hard nga igo jud sa mga government officials. For me, mas hawod ang Garcias than Osmenas.

Leo's not libelous? Di ba "gi-hadlok" man to siya or gi-aksyonan ug file ug libel?

Which I think made him shut up and not the documents and powerpoint presentations capitol gave him.

Mao to saba kaayo si LeoLas kay wa man siya mag dahum nga gukdon gyud siya. Pero kadtong gidaginot na siya sa capitol natame-me man di'ay.

In the States, people could say the $hittiest, sleaziest about their public officials and not have the fear of retaliation because ONLY YOU and your actions could MAKE yourself and not even propaganda.

People who USE propaganda ARE SCARED of propaganda. Which reminds me of the quote, "Don't spit against the wind because it will go right back at your face."

If I were a politician in the Philippines, even if I have the option to file libel, I WOULD NOT. I would challenge my accuser to file his or her accusations in court NOT THREATEN them with libel.

I don't believe in libel. In that side of the world, it is just a tool for the influential to silence the weak or shall I say meek.

Unfortunately, these public officials are so scared that the insinuations are very near the truth and is giving the information to the uninformed thus people can now see a big fragment of the puzzle called CORRUPTION.

.. on a lighter note. istorya.net is now very big and has some sort of influence since the government is giving istorya.net this kind of attention. Well, it's just hearsay, not proven facts, but still, it's flattering.

let me ask u or @Lytsplr, how sure are you that we are infiltrated by Capitol diri? is your allegation enough to say that hawod ang mga Garcia than the Osmenas? did they publicly say that they will file libel cases against Facebook forumers and istoryans as well? if im not mistaken, it was Tomas who publicly said that he may file libel cases against FB users.

can "infiltration" be equated as one politician being an istoryan member? coz AFAIK, Jack Jakosalem is a member here. does that mean we are infiltrated by City Hall? coz by definition, infiltration means more of an enemy stealthfully gaining entrance to another. like a NPA rebel infiltrating us here. is the gov't our enemy diay? di ba partners in crime man unta nato cla? hehe

what if they are just practicing their right to reply here?

this is not to defend anything or anyone ha but I am just discussing about the logic and reasoning made as basis for all these...

but then again, if this is true, then the attention we are getting is flattering...hehe

oh yeah, libel is real. istorya.net is not exempted.

that's what I have been appealing all these time. People should not misconstrue it as defending somebody here. I even proposed to the mods to add another house rule about this matter.

First of all Jack and his boss, though arrogant at times are objective and level-headed.

They are not like that other public administrator who is a short-fused, prima donna who throws fits when they have PMS and thinks they own the entire province of Cebu and the cities IN IT.
