it just popped out of nowhere... when i click the message, it goes to spywarequake website and installs the program... but even when i uninstall it, this message still appears... i cant remove it.. and even if i run any antispyware and delete it, it's still there..

a little info, if you have a problem and its virus or spyware search it at google, there are resources there that will have a small program to help you or steps,

to protect yourself i suggest constant update of windows and get the windows defender beta 2
spyblaster is the realtime protection for both firefox and ie i suggest you get that too. and constant update
use firefox to surf because ie stil uses active x to visit sites whereas firefox doesnt

but if there is an intruder that you think quite hard to get off, try ewido, for me its one of the best. though very timely in scanning but very effective in killing those lurkers.

chipmunk888, eventually ewido will run out, im assuming you have the free version? after the trial it will stop updating and stop realtime protection, so im open to alternatives like ewido, antimalware and anti trojan realtime protection

disregarding its trial and free version, i find ewido a very good one.
