electric cautery is the best. yes there is topical anesthesia ( EMLA ) but surgeons applys local anesthesia.before cautery.

but there is a gel which could be used for wart the PanOxyl gel ( Benzoyl Peroxide ) strength are 2.5% / 5% and 10% the latter is the strongest. when u apply be sure only the affected area is hit. it can burn ur skin

nice info cebu-doki, thanks a lot. derm clinics like ruiz can treat this right? what i have are flat warts, never experienced viral warts. the gf wants us to go to some dermalogist. its not that bad though, but its visible.
