their linux and windows hosting is $2.99/month ra with 1 free domain name, with loaded features.
ang $2.99 sa yahoo is for first time registration, it comes with a hosting package. if you add more domains, regular na ang price. nailad ko one time.

but I think you're bigger problem is if your desired name is still available, hasta ang tae.com, tubol.com ug igit.com na-register na.

i go with namecheap (enom) i got a couple number of domains with enom. - lots of features + free whoisguard on every new domain purchased.
accepts all major creditcards and debit cards. the plus is - anybody can buy a domain and PUSH to another namecheap user. (gamit ni siya sa mga tao na walay Credit Card - example ako palit - diri lang ka bayad nako. After na register and domain - i will order a PUSH to your username.
