DOUBLE WOW sa almost 9K na bonus. maau diay. hopefully sa kadako sa inyong bonus naka kuha na unta mo ug HEALTH CARE INSURANCE kay naa koy teammate didto before na nasakit tawn during duty pero miski Clinic man gani wala jud...wala jud to siya bayari sa company miski man lang ni hatag ang company pagka hospital niya.. now I remember... wala man gani me gi pa kuha ug MEDICAL EXAM pagka dawat namo...

Naa namoy Canteen? Sauna... tindahan ra jud sa unahan ang palitan namo ug softdrink... tawn sad...

Naa napud moy CR? sauna kay 1 CR ra for babae and lalaki... hehe.. private residence man gud to pag first.. adto ra sa Sala pa huwaton ang trainees.... nya mayta inyong new office naa nay separate na CR for Men and Women..

Naa nay tinud-anay na WTX.. kay sauna kuhaan ko ug mga 2K for Witholding even if wala koy TIN.. and they didnt even ask me for a TIN.. asa man nila i remit akong TAX
the best that company can do for now is to pay back all those agents na ilang gi ilad anang mga WTX deductions and many other ghost deductions nya wala kay ma pangutan-an kay WALAY ACCOUNTANT..

kung mangayo ka ug breakdown or payslip... unya unyaon raka.. wa juy klaro.. AMBOT!!!

taga sweldo pud sauna kay deductan ug 300 ang inyong gi haguan kay para sa amut sa PARTY..

ambot Lang. Obviously 10k isn't par with the industry's standard. Maka ingon ra ka'g call center Basta it ranges from 12.5k pa Taas.

To be honest LCS isn't a company at all. If u work there, they don't ask for ur SSS number or TIN but they deduct from u WTX.

That place is probably isn't even registered. It's probably just registered as an Internet cafe. Someone was able to verify that before.

It's not a real company girl. It's just a joke. Save urself while u can. Practice ur communication skills and go and get a real job.

Mao ba bai? Ilad ilad diay sama sa 1st nako natrabahuan. But what I've learn is that dapat they should put it into writing, black & white gyud ba para klaro.

Naay 1 ka company dha dapit sa maribago nga worst gyud bai, grabe ug promises. They told us during the orientation that the starting salary would be 8K, (ok ra sa mga 1st timer ani nga industry) then after a month daw basta walay absent walay late kay it will jump to 10K pus commissions daw. Pero istorya lang to, di tinuod. Then ang training kay 1 month but NO PAY! Dako kaayong B***S*** ilang company then grabe ang politics sa mga ubang mga pioneer employees, mura pud ug dagkog sweldo. Grabe ang crab mentality sa mga tawo, libak diri libak didto. You can't trust no one kay ug masipyat ka nahhhhh...... mahibal-an gyud sa tanan imong gisulti.
