    They only have one in use right now whilst two are still in repair & waiting for parts salvaged from other grounded C 130's.

    you're right its not air war... what we need is "close air support" for our troops on the ground... i think we have some drones coz i saw some of it in Basilan(being use by the Yanks), though it did not carry hellfire missiles... attack helos would be much better and priority.


    Note: Our ASEAN neighbors are already beefing up their Air force.. and we are TOO far behind...

    Those are probably Gnats, the predecessor of the Predator and Reaper drones. Unless they've brought in new ones. They used one to monitor the attack on Abu Sabaya and his cohorts off the Zamboanga peninsula.
