friend sa ako sis kay naa gestational diabetes then she likes to ask someone who had a the same case with her during their pregnancy kay she felt so alone man gud daw....she wants to know unsa ang inyo experience kay mglisod dawcya ug ang doctor lng ang mgcge hatag ug info nya den wala man personal experience an doctor....tnx

i was on GDM borederline before with my first pregnancy,grabeh ako control and i watch my food intake during that time,maghilak gud ko ug tan-aw sa ice cream ug cake kay gidili man...tell your friend to be careful sa iya food intake,avoid too much sweets,rice/carbs intake in moderation even fruits but then depende pud sa level sa iya blood sugar if kinahanglan siya insulin injection to control it or madala ra ba into food intake moderation,....Self Discipline--- is the only key to prevent/regulate it,pareha niya sa ako nakadungan ug panganak tungod sa kabadlongon sa inahan nga naa GDM naglisod siya panganak unya ang ang gidak-on sa bata paglabas mura na ug 9mos. ang gidak-on,nanghupong sa katambok nah itapad lagi sa uban bb sa nursery mura jud ug sumo wrestler ang bata,gibutang gud siya sa special unit kay naa man breathing problem ang bata,hays! cge gud yaw2 ang tagtungod kay lage badlungon ang inahan.,ayaw lang siya pabalakaa pag-ayo kay naa man iya OB who will take care of her....

BTW,hibong lang ko ani nga phrase.." mglisod daw cya ug ang doctor lng ang mgcge hatag ug info nya den wala man personal experience an doctor"...kindly elaborate lang in what way maglisod?

you know what,the doctor knows best with her medical condition she's in right now basin hesitant siya ug ask ug questions or she's not comfortable with her OB and if thats the case maypa mubalhin siya ug lain kay she should be friends with her OB so that she can talk out anything that concern her health,way lain makatabang baya niya siya ug iya OB ra,iya life is under the hands of her OB when the big day comes.

Hi,nagka-Gestational Diabetes ko with my first pregnancy. Nya ok ra so far ako pagpanganak it's because naagapan man gud ang akong diet. I only eat a cup of rice,veggies and fruits. Nya water ra dyud pirme. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes pag-6months sakong tiyan ky nagpa-glucose test man ko ato and napud ko U.T.I mao diay to reason. Every pregnant woman should undergo Glucose test ky kasagaran dira man na mugawas ig 6months sa imu pregnancy. Ayaw lang kahadlok everything will be alright just stick to your diet dyud pugong lang sa sa imu sugar and salt intake and ayaw miss sa imu mga check-ups. Mawa rana sya after imu pagbuntis. Sako 2nd pregnancy i really watched my diet and praise God wa ko'y GDM after sakong mga results. Pray lang pud pirme maoy pinakaimportante for safe pregnancy and safe delivery sa imu and your baby.
