exeprience:
its my first call center job and during my training, I feel so excited and during nesting I feel scared of the irate callers, these are my traumas during my first 3 months... feel so depressed if callers will hanged-up on you, issues unresolved but right now, I realized that not all call will be taken care of
even if you did your best, things are always the way it is.
with the benefits the company offers? I am satisfied w/the benefits siguro If am not around w/the company that will be the time that I can say I am not satisified w/what they offer.
w/the people whom I work with, they are very much willing to help you but the learning must also comes from you. I always keep this in mind that you must also paddle the boat or do your share so that it will be a smooth sailing travel.
overall, as I've said the account is quite fun and challenging... uhmm right now, I learned that not everything comes in a handy, not all solutions has been laid down... you have to be resourceful to fixed these issues.
working in a call center is good.. it made me realized how lucky how i am coz i am earning big.. but having U.T.I. and making frequent trips to the restroom is really very very uncomfy.
