this cant be done without the help of the local governments... if this is to be given a serious push, seeking the help of the local governments in the area is a must.

if they were very cooperative in that danceport thing, this endeavor is a little better... it has a more relevant impact to the society and a much better way of promoting cebu as it can be known as the dog-friendliest place in the whole world.

kasagaran man nato more than 1 dog dinhi... so bring the whole family. Apil mga igsuon nato, lola, lolo, silingan--- kupot ug 1 dog each. tibuok barangay! Dili pwede dogs that are too young because hinay pa ang immune system. (maski kumpleto na ang vaccine, dili man na 100% guarantee nga di masakit.). Pero mao pud lagi ang concern, dapat healthy ang mga dogs nga muapil. Kuyaw ra ba matakdan ug ehrlichia, mange ug uban pa contagious disease.

Mas maayo kon ato nani sugdan ug meeting sa tanang mga dog clubs or dog lovers diri sa Cebu. Makaya lagi ni nato.

initial moves must be to coordinate with the different city vet offices within metro cebu - cebu city, talisay, mandaue & lapu2x... and from there, we can assess if this is doable.. basing on how good their reception to the idea will be. if they'll sound optimistic, then this can be done; if lukewarm, then this is impossible.

funds are needed for this endeavor to succeed.. and the LGUs are vital in that respect. theyre the ones that got the resources and funds to mobilize things. private entities can start the initiatives but in the end, the government will make this happen.
