why don't we require everyone to wear a mouth peace to make sure we get to keep our teeth intact by the time we go home..headbutts and accidental elbow strikes would be innevitable especially for the real beginners....I wonder how much it costs though? anyone?
180 pesos. the affordable ones. or proform its 800 pesos each. i have one but i dont use it. its safe not to use it for now. just as long as everyone stays cooperative and not too agressive.
so far. i have lost just one teeth. but oks lang (its not caused by jiu jitsu. heheheheh)
