    Default Separation pay!


    applicable ba ang separation pay sa mga ni.RESIGN? or sa mga na.TERMINATE lng?

    mo.resign namn gud ko next week,..

    pls. share pud mo sa inyo nahibaw.an..

    Check your company policy bro, kasagaran back pay ug pro rated nga 13th month pay, number of years x monthly salary sa back pay, pero in condition nga regular worker ka sa kompaniya.

    almost 5 years nako diri sa companya brad..
    depende diay sa company ang computation sa back pay??

    It should follow the computation I give bro.......no of years x monthly salary..

    usually separation if ma lay off/terminate ang usa ka regular employee unless naka sala cya or ni violate sa company policy na grave najud....

    Like sa akong friend bag-o ra na lay off sa Lexmark gi hatagan cya ug 3 months nga salary.

    if nag sweldo kag 30k a month 90k sad imo ma kobra..

    Well depende rasad sa duration sa imong pag work sa company...


    kanang mo resign lang ka.. dli na cya separation pay.. imo ng last pay which includes the computation of your 13th month pay..
