wagtangon si kerby raymundo!!!
we cannot blame the u.s. and other european teams.. ila highschoolers grabe ka maayo mu duwa.. when compared in the 60's and 70's. ka level ra ta nila.. karun i compare ila highschoolers sa atua layo ra kaayo..
awa ang redeem team.. puro bata. lebron, carmelo, dwayne, chris bosh, dwight howard... most of them came from higschool or one year ra college..
add to that the team u.s.a. select team for london 2012 olympics.. all freshman college gkan..
kevin love, derrick rose, kevin durant...
they need to train hard. hire good trainers...
height and team play. u can teach team play but not height.
angay e train first ang mga coaches sa amateurs or pros. they are the one's who teaches and trains young kids, college players and even pro players right now. only a very few coaches today who are good with what they are doing ryt now and uban duol lang sa luwag sa team management. they should train their players to the limit so the true talent can come out. for already good players, they should harness their skills more and just don't be contented ryt there after. juz look at the europaen players coming out to play in the NBA. in their local leagues they are already an outstanding player but when playing and trained inthe NBA they are improving a lot still since the coaches and trainers there will really test to where all your capacites can go on. jus look at gasol, nowistki, turkuglo, divac, stujakovic and even yao ming they are very well trained, coached and guided to maximize their abilities and thats where the true talent will shine.
compared it here, our coaches and trainers DOES NOT have those craftsmanship where they can turn silver to gold. all they do is jus be contented to the players ability and set BULOK plays again and again and again. we have enough talented players here especially as fil-am players are already invading PBA right now. but are they good enough to play against international basketball? still not good enough and thats bcoz they are used to play here in our BULOK system.
Do you think AGUILAR is as good and athletic for his height if he was trained by our BULOK coaches and trainers here in pinas? HELL NO WAY can he be closed to what he is ryt now! HELL...NO...WAY!
a very big example is PACMAN! he is good but i dont think he will be this good ryt now without an excellent trainer!
we can still do it there is still time!
as what ARAGORN always says to this fellows in the Lord of the Ring... THER IS ALWAYS HOPE! =)
kailangan gyud speed, power og versatility. Becoming a better basketball player is all about developing your skills. With enough practice, any player can improve. But there is a big difference between a good player and a "go-to" player.
In basketball, the saying goes, "if you can finish, you can play." That applies to shots as well as games.
A good player has the ability to play the game, but a "go-to" player takes over a game; making big shots at big moments, taking the ball to the rim, getting fouled, and finishing the shot and the free throw.
To do that, you must have to be stronger than your opponent when it truly matters: in the 4th quarter when you're both dead tired.
Since you play like you practice and you practice like you play, you'll have to practice tired if you want to be able to play tired.
This drill will help breaking through the first level of fatigue to get our body into game condition, then develop a fundamentally sound free throw stroke it can count on.
Height and speed kuwang sa mga basketball players nato
ang love sa game..karon sa PBA kay di naman au an kgrabe..i mean, tungod man gud na its their work..duwa lng cla for the sake..awa gud tong powerade oi..pildi lgi sa gilas.hahaha
