My wife underwent training @ ICT for 5 days while applying @ Accenture.....She chose accenture for personal reasons. m just a newbie here, wats the requirement sa ict .. i mean minimum requirement sa education..i have friends including me cge shift pag college wla dyud taun nahuman..abot na lang ko laing country ug school la ghapon nahuman faet..mahay dyud ko...faetz..

i think most call centers requires at least 2nd yr college, 70++ units tingali to. suway ra gud.

virgin mobile is an intl telecom company, with market in the us and london. parang globe at smart. hehe.. pero virgin mobile targets students and younger generations. same ra tingali LOB sa qualfone
