RJ aka meebo... my work is very easy with around 1hr avail time and metrics are very easy to reach.
my pay isnt that much but sure worth it considering the nature of my work. around 6k+ to 9k / payday only

I find myself well compensated.
Ive been to companies which gives a lot but its always give and take... Gives a lot usually mean work your ass a lot.
but with mine... i find it well worth it. =p

Yes, its true. It's actually more than that. Our basic now is at 10k plus monthly bonus of 8k sometimes it goes up to 9k. I am one of the escalation agents there now working in thier new office in mepz 1 which they just purchased a few months back. Working their is fun. Nice working environment and nice management too.

DOUBLE WOW sa almost 9K na bonus. maau diay. hopefully sa kadako sa inyong bonus naka kuha na unta mo ug HEALTH CARE INSURANCE kay naa koy teammate didto before na nasakit tawn during duty pero miski Clinic man gani wala jud...wala jud to siya bayari sa company miski man lang ni hatag ang company pagka hospital niya.. now I remember... wala man gani me gi pa kuha ug MEDICAL EXAM pagka dawat namo...

Naa napud moy CR? sauna kay 1 CR ra for babae and lalaki... hehe.. private residence man gud to pag first.. adto ra sa Sala pa huwaton ang trainees.... nya mayta inyong new office naa nay separate na CR for Men and Women..

Naa nay tinud-anay na WTX.. kay sauna kuhaan ko ug mga 2K for Witholding even if wala koy TIN.. and they didnt even ask me for a TIN.. asa man nila i remit akong TAX
the best that company can do for now is to pay back all those agents na ilang gi ilad anang mga WTX deductions and many other ghost deductions nya wala kay ma pangutan-an kay WALAY ACCOUNTANT..

Nice one ice-water, I actually worked there for a week, and I am thankful for the experience because it makes my current job look like paradise. I'm with ice_water on this one and I suspect techwizard ( a newbie with only 2 posts so far) to be either the secretary of HR or the head of HR

nindot jud ni nga thread. at least maka.prepare ka daan for the worst when signing that contract. nahan ko work uli calcenter. wa man gud lain.
worst for me ang teletech. been there for a year. way klaro management, specifically sa accenture account. la rin klaro hr. oic me ng team namin, passed the exam for rtm as well, unya, ingon hr na dili daw na.endorsed ung xm result sa kanila sabay binago ang protocol for internal hiring. naglagot jud ko ato. even my tl who supported me nag.resign. i stayed pero pasaway me. 4hrs call, 4hrs floorwalk as i have authority to pull myself out automatically. 9days ncns pa. but i was never given final warning. try ko lipat sa hp, but om wont sign release paper, kulang daw agent. hahayz.. kaya i quit.
