Big men?

C - Nene/Birdman/Petro
PF - Kenyon/MalikAllen

Personally, I don't think they need one more big. They have 12 players under contract na. They need one more and what they need is a shooting guard. And again, the luxury tax concern.

So, it should be either McCants or Wally for SG. Desmond Mason is also considerable.

Petro and Malik Allen?

Those are scrub players that George Karl will not fully utilize this season...It think its time for the Nuggets front office to look for a legitimate low post scorer and a good coach. Naa pa tingali sila sobra sa salary cap.

Hire Jeff Van Gundy or Paul Silas, and release Anthony Carter while he still has a value. AC is hurting the Nuggets in terms of TOs, and Karl always use him to guard Kobe, WTF!

I think those players are scrubs...It think its time for the Nuggets front office to look for a legitimate low post scorer. Naa pa tingali sila sobra sa salary cap.

Exactly. Ang players na makuha nila kay scrubs nalang its because of their current salary cap situation. They are $5million over the luxury tax threshold. It seems like a reasonable price to pay but, in return, you don't really get quality players too considering there are five Nuggets players who have over $5million in salary:

* Carmelo Anthony — $15.78mil
* Kenyon Martin — $15.61mil
* Chauncey Billups –$12.1mil
* Nene — $10.52mil
* JR Smith –$5.5mil

They currently have 3 expiring contracts:

Antonio McDyess: $3million
Malik Allen and Anthony Carter: $2.6million

Hinuon, I think they still have a mid-level exception worth $5-6million pa man siguro. Pero kinsa naman lang ang nabilin sa free agent market karon who are better than Petro and Allen?

I'd take Channing Frye and Primoz Brezec over those two scrubs..sayang lng kay naunhan na sila sa laing teams...They can go over the cap if they're willing to win

Again, hagbay ra sila over the cap. And Frye and Brezec are limps. I'd take two scrubs over those two softies any day.
