i resigned from accenture... i was a high performer, i've got amazing sales, i got P14,000+ for IBP last march... but here i am.. 'sour graping', as u say.. why because i dont close my eyes and i look at two sides of the coin.. if u read the previous posts of the people here, accenture is the best when it comes to benefits but it's just the direct management of LEO that are going nuts.. now, YOUR word against OUR word

Know what, i cannot understand why these people didn't raise their concerns on the right channels. Blah-blah-blah on this forum can help just a little (can: HR personnels / managers 'may' read this). Raising these to the HR rep is the right thing to do. Now, if everyone would say that HR didnt take any action, then, lets rally against HR. Everyone should play a part. If there are bad guys, there are also good people!

Hey, don't get me wrong. I don't have anything against these posts in the forums. Its a way to express the sentiments of the agents and bring out the true color of accenture (at least for ACCS). I just want these concerns to be addressed.

Now my challenge to those labeled as 'people who are sour graping': raise these. Let them know. Don't be afraid to stand-up and be heard. Hobey-ho!
