for me, it's really depend on the student not on the teachers. Teachers are just an instrument for you to know and gain knowledge. if you fail then it's ur lost not for the teacher, we can't dictate nor change them(teachers), it's their way of teaching (NARUTO: it's my way of ninja haha). ur chance as a student is to work hard, self motivate, self respect, interest and other positive thingy.

Hopefully sd sa imong mga opinion towards sa mga teacher nga makabasa dri is malamdagan sd ilang panghuna2x and they would change a thing.

I strongly disagree nga teacher is an instrument for you to to gain knowledge. First of all, we are paying them for a good service .so ayaw ko inla mo sugot lang di ai ka nga wlay klaro ang maestro ug maestra and sendan lang ka nila limited nga knowledge.

Did I brag that I was an effective teacher? Assuming pud ka da! It just means that my students were motivated enough to LEARN and PASS my subject with FLYING COLORS!

have you also read the book "How To Study Effectively?" by Dr. Thomas Andres, Ph.D.

I want you to read that book and know the techniques on how to pass your subjects successfully!

BTW, are you a student? Whats your course and where are you studying now?

hmmm sa experience nako. i was and i am doing all of laag na there is no tomorrow, drinking even there is a class after or an exam, and always at noon the drinking class started and i always go to class even when i am drunk, LOL and i control ofcorse. i dont talk without sense even when i am drunk LOL, just have fun then go to class, dont be absent, always participate in debate, class discussions, ofcorse enjoy being a student, life is short. why students fail? coz they lack self motivations, self esteem, shy, always sits at the back, afraid of their teachers, and know your friends are, if your friends dont go to class they're not good friends. we sometimes tell our friends dont go to class, but we never force them not to go to class. and i dont study much, i just learn n lessen. actually i hate teachers that are bookish and always do reports. teachers must also be a student at the same time and motivate students that are not doing well at class, its a give and take relationship, specially to beautiful teachers oyeah.... hehehe. this for today have to cook my burger. bahala namo unsa inyo discarti. been there and done that. basta pag mag masters na. lain napud na, serious mode nana. hahahaha.

The Role of a teacher

1. Model - act like professional and talk like a professional
- know your subject matter basin dinhi ka na sangit.sending wrong information toward
the students.
2. Classroom Manager - to relax or too strict.
3. Motivator - Encourage the student to participate.mao sad ni kuwang sa mga maestro karon instead encourage e discourage hinu-on.

4. Evaluate of the Student's performance - Every now and then dapat you will use the art of questioning para always prepared sila everytime mo sulod sila sa classroom.

5 Parent Surrogate - Act like a parent inside the classroom.
- Ask them kung unsa ilang problema.

6 Counselor - Act like a guidance counselor para ma sulbad ang problema.
7 Friend - be friendly to them in order to have a positive atmosphere or outcome toward the students

I hope you guys here would learn. what would be the task of teacher para ma aware mo nga maayo banha inyu teacher or di.
