- pag diet (in your case, pag low carb diet..minimize jud ug carbs coz that wud eventually turn into fat if masobrahan ug take. eat foods high in fiber)
- you cannot spot reduce fat. its impossible to reduce fat on ur belly area alone.

what you take in, should be expended out (more than the amount of calories you need daily). mao ra na mathematics ana.if naa sobra nga dili nimo ma-burn, mao na ma-stored as fat. so, proper diet and exercise ra jud na.unfortunately, dili dali magpagamay sa tiyan.it will take some time jud.depende ra sa imo disiplina ug determination.
