you need a proxy for it to work. Unless your modem has done the NAT, then you can connect the modem directly to the hub and all pc to hub. Verify the IP addresses and off you go!

check the ip address that is provided by the modem. if its private IP then just connect the modem to the hub and its done.

Unsa imo OS? Kinahanglan palit ka ug additional LAN Card para ma share imo internet connection. If your OS is WINDOWS XP just right click my network place then properties at the side panel you will see network task then make or setup a home of small office network. While choosing host just hightlight the MYDSL (Modem) after that re-start then release/renew the IP of client PC or the PC that wanted you to connect.Originally Posted by Stork

unsa imo modem, usb or ethernet (RJ-45)? if RJ-45, dretso nlang patch sa hub, then hub to computers.
