pwede man ka maka buhat og gif images sa photoshop trough adobe image ready and Macromedia flash.
Pwede sad ka sa adobe illustrator.

Pero the best ang flash gif para nako.

Hi! I will assume you are referring to animated gif. I usually, make the intial design in Adobe Photoshop and edit the animation in Adobe ImageReady. Otherwise, there are a couple of image editing software around that can "save as" a certain graphic to gif... Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Gimp... to name a few.

first time nako himo animation kay microsoft gif animator sayon ra kau nya madownload nimo sa web...then pwede sad jasc animation or mas nindot sa adobe imageready kay ad2 ka edit photoshop then animate imageready...noon if gusto jud ka nindot au animation pwede sa flash or other 3d softwares

I think you can use photoshop... i haven't tried it though, nabasahan lang nko sa tips and tricks
and murag you need to play with the layers...
and i think flash and dreamweaver can do the trick

<------ take that as an example... i use adobe image ready by creating my animated avatar or you can use macromedida fireworks.. good luck!
