diet lng.. discipline lng imo self den f wiling jd ka padaot ky mbuhat jd nmu, lyk naq b4, dako au q pero super gnhn mn q mdaot mao toh nbuhat jd d.i naq, pero napa jd nbilin baby fats ngari.. hehehe oh, and 1 thing, eat less rice ug yaw eat dghan bsta dinner and better eat b4 6pm.. =)

sleep early and don't sit down kung busug kaau ka. try standing for about 15-20 mins.
ah*k oi dili madala nga 1 cup rice gutomon kog kadlawn... hehehe...
