Pag paniwang is made easy through the low calorie meal in a form of shake. What I did is that I eat 1 regular meal like for example lunch time, walang bawal kainin, I can eat the foods I love and my 2 meals is replaced with a low-calorie meal in a form of shake. Whenever hungry, I eat fruits or drink another shake. Then once I reached my ideal weight, example 2 months for me to lose my 18lbs excess weight, I need to maintain my weight for 2 months for me to keep off my excess weight forever. So for my maintaing weight program, I eat 2 regular meals(Lunch&dinner) or (Breakfast and lunch) my choice which of the day I eat my regular meal, then 1 meal I replace with the low-calorie meal in a form of shake. Doing that,I lost 4 inches off the waist and 18 amazing pounds in just 2 months lose weight program and 2 months maintaining weight program. A total of 4 months weight management program for me to shape up and keep off my 18lbs excess weight FOREVER
