usa ra gyud ang barometer nako na maka champion sila balik if duncan reaches atleast 75% of his free throw shots then they will be getting another ring... if he continues to throw bricks, its up to him bwahahahaha di sila ka champion
i browsed through wikipedia and found these very interesting san antonio spurs facts:
1.) san antonio has yet to lose a finals series. they've been to the finals 4 times and won each of them. they rank next to the chicago bulls for the perfect finals record. chicago won 6.
2.) san antonio is in the NBA for 33 seasons and missed the playoffs only for 4 times.
3.) in the last 33 years of the NBA, san antonio won 17 division titles which gives the spurs the most division titles in that span. the lakers are next with 16.
4.) they are 4th overall for the most titles won with 4. they rank next to the celtics, lakers, and bulls.
5.) with tim duncan, san antonio never missed the playoffs.
6.) in the last 20 years, san antonio missed the playoffs only once when david robinson missed most of the season.
impressive!
4 nba titles are still low for you?
grabe naman sad na imo bro.
how about your boston? pila ka decades
una cla nakakuha ug title balik? then try to
think kung pila ang ilang nakuha nga title after pila
ka decades nga nilabay? and are trying to say that
your boston are not aging?
so you were cheering for the Celtics since 1946? really?
in 1957 during their first championship year, have you seen or heard PERSONALLY THE NEXT DAY how Bob Cousy and Bill Russell won game 7 against the St. Louis Hawks? (so that team sounds familiar to you, I guess, since you've been blabbing about the 17 championships that 95% of which you didn't witness in real-time)
why don't we start counting Championships won in your lifetime to make it more realistic and not include the years that don't matter, age-wise.
most of the posters here have witnessed the 9 championship games by the Lakers, 6 by the Bulls, 4 by the Spurs... NOBODY here in istorya have witnessed the FIRST 13 championships by the Celtics. some would be lucky to have witnessed 3 and most (22 year olds) have only witnessed 1 (last year).
so what's the significance of 17 championships if you've only witnessed 1 in your lifetime? (the 3 in the 80's would be a blur if it happened when you were 2, 5 and 7 year old respectively)
