cguro, hinay ang progress sa Q. pero naghinay2x man sad. hope competitive cla puhon sa uban call center. what i've observed, some new agents nila, hula2n ra ang training fee, dn after 2weeks sa production, eskwerda na. transfer sa lain center. ila pud na.
you have a point. but as i said... i got my business because qualfon came. its a matter of how you spend your money. whether dako pa ang salary or not.. pero dili kabalo mokupot sa kwarta.. wala gihapon ayo.
at the end... its not qualfon who you should blame but the person/agent/employee nga gi sweldoan. now based on salary, qualfon is yet of course competitive... why? coz 3 yrs they have proved worthy of giving jobs to filipino's. and 3 yrs they evolved bigger than ever.
what i'm trying to say is... lets not be close minded.... the opportunity is there... its up to you on how you direct your life.
