    wlay hazard pay, wlay complete attendance bonus but they have performance bonus called AVP every month(so far 3k+ ra pinakadako ako nakit-an)
    3times/week lang dress up. 4days dressdown(fri sat sun & wed)
    no unlimited coffee but unlimited water ra

    and yet the work is suupppeeerrr ssaaayyyooonn!!!!
    just imagine working in a call center with as much as 1hr avail. meaning isa ka ka oras maghulat mudawat ug call!! saun ra kaau.
    and your job is basically just an order taker. just add your convincing skills pra mupalit ang customer ug daghan or better item and thats it. the metrics are attainable sobra...

    HP HHO diay ka bro? yahaya diay work ninyo sah? kami jud kay way avail time saon nlng. hinuon tag 9 to 15 calls per day ra man sad average. kasagaran man gud installations ang issue. tag 30min to 1hr per call hehe

    Convergys... dili ka makapangutana sa sueldo then naa pud mga account nga sayon di au pressure pero maanad ra man ka ana.. hehehe

    Convergys is my fourth Call Center then didto ra jud ko nidugay.. so far.. hehe.. ive been to Qualfon, Teletech and Sykes.. Okay pud and Sykes friendly environment pero gamay ra basic.. hehe.. peace Sykes pipz

    etel - high pay pero not good in benefits
    sykes - low pay pero good in benefits

    im not sure about this but theyre not hiring anymore agents for apac pero some apac agents kay gi internal hired for SAS. so... its safe to assume theyre ramping down sa apac?? right?

    i also heard naa nsad wave9 para sa SAS.
    wave 7 = 14external, 5 internal hirees(from HP CSR)
    wave8 = around 10agents i think. 30% external, 70% internal(from APAC) <---unsure of the amount but sure on which LOB are they from...
    wave9 = upcoming internal hirees daw. also incoming TL from upstairs.

    ingon sila mas daghan daw gwapo dri kaysa gwapa. ahahahha

    yesiree. HHO SAS ko to be exact. queueing man ang HHO CSR pero naa pud sila times nga mu avail ug taas taas.

    pretty common ang ATO ug OT sa SAS as in funny kaau. dli magka dimao ang number of agents sa floor from time to time mag spike ang Queue.

    last month 16mins amo AHT. this month we were told to attain 14mins AHT max!. its really hard kay sales baya... unsaon tawon pag dalidali sa call LOL.

    anyway, easy jud kaau ang job. sometimes, free food to those who could place a $1000 sale. They distribute M&Ms, KitKat. Before they gave out pringles, and a lot more... depende sa budget. its fun oi. cge ra mi tabi!!!
