Similar ra ang compensation system in any insurance compensation plan or brokerage.

If you have a teammate in IMG pinanggaa jud na kay imu na ng life time partner ug ka team sa imung career diri. If you have client, treat them well, build a financial relationship sa imung client which is mao ning pinaka importante kay imung client mismo maoy muhatag nimug daghan na kaila. If you don't have background in financial industries, ayaw lag kabalaka, daghan mga guru na naniguwang na diri na mo tudlo ug coach nimu.

IMG doesn't impose quotas. In traditional industry have quotas

The purpose of no quotas is to let the members successfully delievers the mission, not after for commissions. This is our principle "mission first before commission".

Your an independent representative, you will be the one to give quota to yourself, dependi nimu.

    Two main goals sa IMG:

1.) We want to build a financial relationship with our clients to share the following: (gusto lang ka mag client namo)
a.) Share valuable concepts and help you understand how money works
b.) Work with you on a plan.
    c.) Provide regular financial check-ups

2.) We want to build a business relationship (if gusto ka mag broker with IMG)
a.) Help you get into the financial services industry.
b.) Help train you in important aspects of financial services.

We want to revolutionize the financial services industry to solve the consumer's financial dilemma of lack of understanding , planning and support.

We want to restore trust back into the financial services industry by building a new industry where people can have confidence, belief and hope to plan for their future.

Yes, alot of people change their life because of the concept. IMG doesn't focus more on just the business side but it also focus how to changed Filipino's attitude in terms of savings, IMG teaches how to change lifestyle, IMG change the way you look at people.

In my own exprience, IMG change my family's life style from lavish to being frugal. IMG change my life. You can see now what is the value of life, expand your vision and most of all trained you to be disciplined.

@lorenzoleo a little off topic...kay wa nakoi mapangutanan ug di tika ma PM...In your Opinion...let's say I open up a biz related site and 1 of its features is a company directory...now do I have to ask permission sa k2 mga companies to post about them? (The post is limited only to there: Co. Name, Address, contact info=email/no. and site), well i've consulted a lawyer already and he says its ok to post as long as I do not misrepresent them....but im still not sure before I pursue this venture...
