i agree. ang jovens ang pinakabati na eat all you can so far sa cebu na ako natilawan. bahaw, pangit ang taste and desserts na murag basta lang naay dessert. barato, but still not worth the money. it is not in the price man, its the value for the money.

food is okay raman.. for the price, its worth the try.. naay lechon.. naa pud sisig.. daghan pud to tao ato nga tym ni eat mi nya basin ang mga sud.an pirmi ma hurot.. for a buffet in SM nya tag 298.. i guess its not bad.. naa sad murag halo2 nga station.. pero murag wala toi icecream.. hehe = ) cabalen i think is based on pampanga cooking. i thnk.. = )

cabalen is one of the best resto's in manila. kapampangan food are know to be lami.
