Nikon D90 Users/Owners Tips and Tricks

Add-ons and 3rd party accessories.. daghan kaayo that's why I'm asking for specifics... what's best for what. What other users are using for their D90. Their experience with their D90 and not about what they've read on the net.

I've been to the sites you've posted .... even before I bought my D90. and yes there were some good infos on those site.

And just to let you know, I have a copy of Thom Hogan's Complete Guide to the Nikon D90 1st ed. and wish I have a copy of Michael Gradias Nikon D90 in english.

Anyway, this thread is not about learning how to use DSLR in general.. or Basic photography 101...
There are threads already for those.

Why?.............

Because ACR is NOT Capture NX2. If you ignore this tip, you'll always have underexposed image in ACR thus forcing you to adjust exposure. This leads to loss of latitude.

i dont agree nga naa sa manual tanan..... ang naa ra sa manual is mga explanation unsay gamit ana... naa btaw famous quote nga "learned from the masters" unsaon nmo pg learn kung di ka mo ask sa mga masters or sa mga nka hibalo/experienced users. di sad makat-on kung taas ug pride ug "mgpaka". mao btaw naay mga schools or learning materials nga advanced kay not all information nga ilang gitudlo naa

then sa mga masters na nga di gnahan mo tudlo (sabotabol mana nga naay mga taw dili ganahan mo shares sa ilang nahibaw-an) then ayaw nlang comment dinhi kung imo ra sad ipasa nga "adto sa manual" or "basaha sa manual".... i mean where here para mo shares dili nga mag insultohay.... nA mugna ang istorya.net kay para ma shares2 ta.. mao naay photo club kay para mo share ang gnahan

ang camera same ra ghapon na sa awto... kung "totally newbie" ka dili ka kahibalo mo operate kundi kahibalo ka sa mga functions kay naa sa manual... like sa awto kung nipalit ka dha then di ka kahibalo mo drive kinhanglan gyud ka patudlo sa kahibalo or mo skoyla... dili nga mo ingon "read the manual"

so share share nata gud... ako im not a D90 user but i understand nga thru settings and configuration konohay makasabot nata ana and basta kahibalo lang ta asa na tanawon sa atong camera and of course "perfect practice makes perfect" dili nga "practice makes perfect"

this tip is not in the manual. i also have other 16 tips (not in the manual) which i will share only if people stop being a smart ass here in the thread.

also, be careful in mentioning that you have a copy of Hogan's D90 guide. is your copy legit? if not, Hogan's team has the resources to hunt your real identity with istorya.net owners' cooperation.

for the copyright or ownership nga materials better nga dili nlang ta mo mention dinhi kung dili na "freeware" or "public docs" kay naa baya tay rules for piracy....

A friend of my brother in the US who first owns a d90 when it arrives at bhphoto let me read his copy when he visited here in the philippines a couple of months ago. thank you so much sir for your advice. From him I know more of the capabilities of my cam,not from the manual. anyway, thank you so much sir for your advice sir finepix
