grace was a scientist and she studied Vajra.....i think she infused herself with some Vajra genes to make her queen of the vajra colony....

That could be her goal. The Multiple beings inside of her could be the internal communication device implanted in her brain as in the case of Brera. But aside from that explanation I still think she still has multiple beings inside of her because there was one episode time she appeared as a male.
