CVG is the way to go. Great people and if you have good sched ad, you get to dress down. I recommend. I don't recommend PS. I'm from that company. Just apply when it gets better.

in my own honest opinion, considering the experiences i had with various callcenters.

I would say ang pinaka EASY na callcenter work nga ako nasudlan is with teletech.(i know daghan negative comments pero so far so good man ko. its ridiculous to know though nga mas dako pa kog basic pay kesa tenured sa floor. sorry bout that)

although the company doesnt offer that much. around 7-8k ra per payday,
wlay hazard pay, wlay complete attendance bonus but they have performance bonus called AVP every month(so far 3k+ ra pinakadako ako nakit-an)
3times/week lang dress up. 4days dressdown(fri sat sun & wed)
no unlimited coffee but unlimited water ra

and yet the work is suupppeeerrr ssaaayyyooonn!!!!
just imagine working in a call center with as much as 1hr avail. meaning isa ka ka oras maghulat mudawat ug call!! saun ra kaau.
and your job is basically just an order taker. just add your convincing skills pra mupalit ang customer ug daghan or better item and thats it. the metrics are attainable sobra...

that... im not sure off... theyre ramping up pero internal hiring man sila... my wave is the 1st wave external hirees as experiments. so far so good man amo wave mao gi sundan pero after wave2 external, balik sila internal hiring kay murag naay nsay account tangtangon sa 2nd floor. murag gi absorb ba...

ari nalang mog sykes... nice man ang sykes ... so far.. daghan mag dugay daria... 4-6 yrs... ubay ubay pod.. yeko ra ang salary.... basta kaw raman gud nag provide unsa deserving na salary for you.. so bsag unsaun... mag dipende ra jud na sa imo performance...

again.. i am sykes...and we like it here... asteg..au.. nice environment.. world class agent ako mga ka offce mate.. =)
