khymm naa pod kay dark circles?? or allergic shiners (dark circles caused by allergy)... kay ingon ako doc, mao daw na cause y naa ko dark circles..

^uu mao na ingon sa ako derma kay tungod daw na sa veins dapit sa mata nga na du-ot tungod sa pagbara sa atong sinus/nasal, maong makita siya as blue tint sa panit... the only way mwala na kay i-treat daw ang nasal blockage para mwala ang bara and para di mavisble ang veins...

has anyone tried using sterimar nasal spray?? safe daw ni kay dili steroidal spray and pang nasal hygiene daw

naa ko problema krn kay whenever na mag.clean ko sa ako nose naa sagol na gamay na dugo sa sip.on..nya mag.cge ug gilok..nya murag mao sad ang cause na mura ko ug lisod ug ginhawa..

Im allergic to dust and almost everyday IF ma trigger cge ko sneeze.
Ako gitake kay ALLERIN coz antihistamine sha.. but im worried about its long term side effects.. mu take ko ani mga once-twice a week..

unsa may tambal ani? ang NASONEX ok daw pang-everyday.. kinsa ka try?
