Mao ba? Unisom needs a prescription sa Pinas? Unisom is just your regular antihistamine. Last time I checked, antihistamines are OTC. The older generation antihistamines like doxylamine, diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine, brompheniramine etc etc are very sedating and are thus used as sleeping agents.

I take iterax for my allergies, it's true some doctors also suggest it if you want to sleep. Taas jud imo tulog ani, kinahanglan jud enough time to sleep. There's a tendency mag labad imohang ulo kung nakamata ka then wala pa ning ware off ang tambal so dapat matulog jud ka ug balik. It's not adviceable to drink iterax when you are driving. For me, iterax wears off in my system 10-12 hours. so mao na ang akoang sleep if i take that med. That's for 10 mg ha.. for 25 mg mas longer ang hours of rest nimo

naa koy giinum na antihistamine na as in maka knockout jud..pero i forgot the name..i'll post again if i remember it )
