unsa color ani sa iya flesh? ka2 ning white variety or ang red variety? kay there are 2 distinctive kinds of dragon fruit...one is yellow skinned and the other is the famous red skinned dragon fruit....mo branch out dayon ni ang red skinned from their flesh; either white or red variety....
so unsa jod ang color sa inyo flesh kay based sa net, mas nutritious and and its seeds are more efficient to control blood glucosse...the catch is, this variety is more expensive than the white ones...
