Theses are the only and very simple step to work with pictures...
1.) Images, must be uploaded @ any File/Photo Servers.. example: www.photobucket.com

2.) add, [img]link of image[/img]

that's it... you have posted a picture...

There are no plugins necessary nor setup sa computer needed..
