The Red Chinese Communist govt. have beaten the AmeriKan Capitalist govt. at their own game. They have applied the Art of War in their business dealings in a subtle, quiet, & effective way. The People's Republic of Vietnam is not that far behind. They are the current objective examples of the statement above. Kudos to them!

FYI, in China, after Mao's death, his wife and other cohorts were executed for making Chinese Cultural Revolution more severe that leaved unimaginable number of spared life and destruction of cultural heritage. Mao's principle had almost removed and replaced with Deng's principle.
In Europe, Communist leaders and EU minister won't agree with Maoist principle as it is not suited for 21st Century life and because of its brutal way of maneuvering their people.
