Default How come Japan Isnt a Normal Package in Most Travel Agencies?

Meaning, you have to ask for a quotation and its not readily available compared to Singapore, China, HK, etc.? Is it cuz its THAT expensive? Or cuz of the hard language barrier since majority of the Japanese cant speak english?

    Just wondering...

Yup, Japan is expensive in everything and mas less ang tig go. They can give clients better prices because of bulk. So mao na if Japan ka ganahan mu.go ingnan ka sa travel agency/agent na buhatan ka nila ug package.

Yeah, it's that expensive, so not a popular destination. But it's a good idea to go with a tour group so you can budget better. If you don't know Japan very well, you'll be shocked at their prices... Like don't try getting a taxi from Narita airport to Tokyo... Ang one-way taxi fare, murag Cebu to Manila nga one-way plane fare pud... Perti gyung mahala... And if you don't know the restaurant very well, ayaw patuyang kay makabayad unya ka ug daku... Like me, sometimes I'll just buy some onigiri from 7-11 and eat that as a meal if no one guides me there. Onigiri are those rice balls you see from the Pokemon series...

I think its because airfare to Japan are expensive ang it will change depending to the season, if its peak season for travel in and out of Japan ticket prices is times 2 or 3 the original fare. One tip if you want to tour around Japan for leisure take Cebu Pacific ( Manila - Osaka ).Mag Cebu-Manila usa ka. Avoid direct Narita kay mas mahal tickets going to Narita, mag bus nalang dayon ka going to Tokyo from Osaka kung gusto ka makakita unsa sad ang Tokyo.

aside from Japan being an expensive place, it also needs a Visa..
There are only 3 ( i think) here in cebu who are accredited travel agencies for Japan
The one travel agency I know is located sa 10th floor sa Keppel building, they are accredited by the
Japan embassy specially if you have plans of getting a visa

One thing Japan needs a visa and yes its expensive the ticket, accommodation and the stuff being sold in that country . But there are agencies who cater to packages going there. Its best if you want to go to Japan you stay in a friend or relatives house to save the cost of eating out and the accommodation. Going around particularly in Tokyo is not at all like here or in other asian countries, super expensive xa. But Japan is also a nice place to go, there are lots of beautiful sights but you need a big budget to go around.

I was there nun March. Grabe, mahal nga talaga. Iniisip ng tao, .50 yen = 1 peso. Tama yan pero, ubod ng mahal ang gamit niya at pagkain!
