need your help on how to permanently kill the UAC from turning on by itself

i noticed that after a 1-2 months of turining it off.. it automatically turns itself on

i tried looking in to the registry to find that that entry that turns itself on.

pero wala gyud nako makit-an.

from wat u said it turn itself on after a month or so but i havent encountered that or found it was turning on bro. weird lage na. unsa nga windows 7 build imu gamit?

im using a vista 64 bit ultimate edition. Grrrrrrr
