Room good for 2 persons

Location: P. del Rosario Extension, Cebu City (Going to USC girls high)

This is a house with 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are already occupied and there is 1 available. Currently there are 5 of us living in the house.

We are looking for someone to rent it asap. Preferably working. For single females only.

The room can accommodate 2 persons.

ROOM RATE:
2,500.00 - 1 person
3,000.00 - 2 persons

This is already inclusive of the following:

-water
-electricity
-internet ready (limited to 1pc/laptop)

-common sala
-common toilet and bath room
-laundry area
-cooking is allowed (bring your own cooking stuffs)
-with single bed (foam not included)
-with built-in cabinet
-with garage but only single motorcycle can park
-no curfew
-house is with gate

NOTE: We have 1 toy dog which stays inside the house.
