hi 7th heaven:

this is how we compute our separation pay.

granting you were employed from january 1 to july 31, 2009 and your monthly basic pay is 10,000/month

january to july = 7 months* 10,000.00(granting wala ka absent ha)

= 70,000/12
= 5,833.33 --->13th month

depends sa inyo cut-off, if you still have remaining days na wala pa macharge sa imo payroll, iapil na siya.

plus your remaining VL credits and SL credits
if naa moy tax refund, apil napud.
