    day unsa-on if lets say gusto mi mag hire ug additional manpower through an agency, unsay paagi ana? we usually do it on our own by posting vacancies in job portals (jobstreet, jobsdb, etc.), pero wala pa man gud mi hr. (the only hr we have ning migrate naman to australia). ganahan ta mi mo hire ug additional programmer na naay banking experience na background.

    2. MOM- Employment Pass/ Spass/ Work Permit Details
    sa Foreigners dni sa SG specifically Filpinos SPASS ra and EPASS pwede; DLI ta pwede WORK PERMIT.
    Minimum salary dni sa Filipino Foreigners is Sgd 1,800 (though naa juy uban agencies mu mugi2x; hatagan mo gamay but ang ideclare sa MOM o Ministry of manpower kay dako pag SPASS o Epass.
    Spass- generally 1.8 K – 2.5 K Sgd
    Epass- 2.5K Sgd UP; though mu matter jud japon ang CREDENTIALS (years of experience, school etc), so to stress Dli tanan 2.5 below Spass;
    Spass- mura xag Long term na Visit Pass; 1 year naa na xa gibutang sa imo Pass
    And Epass o Employment Pass- pwede ka kuha ug dependent ang employee

    3. E/SPass Application- Approval
    If naa nmuy JOB na nakuha, applyan mo sa inyong employer ug Pass
    sa MOM standards 0-2 weeks na xa ang ONLINE application; naa gani times ORAS ra approve na.
    In case ma DECLINED imo application; Naay APPEAL na gitawag kana dugay na maximum of 3 weeks ang waiting time

    once APPROVED imo Pass application:
    Hatagan ka ug IPA or In Principle Approval
    Mg pa medical Check up ka (50-100 Sgd)
    After that muadto ka sa MOM para iprocess imo Pass
    If Spass adto ka MOM pakita imo Credentials (Original copies) dayun adto dayun sa WDA; workforce development Authority para process sa imo SPAss Card
    If Epass- adto ka MOM ra; sila na tanan mubuhat ddto

    usually 1-2 hours ra ni nmu buhaton; alay taas na linya dni sa mga government Offices sa SG
    For Spass- tgaaan ka nila temp pass in lieu of your DISEMBARKATION Card; pwede na dayn ka start ug work; kuhaon nmu imo Pass after 1 week sa WDA ghapon
    In Principle basta naa nakay Pass Pwede nka ka start ug WORK

    4.Implications sa LAHI LAHI na CV
    - pinaka importante; ayaw lahi lahia inyong Profile kay:
    a.Ma SANGIT mo sa MOM
    b.kung naay lain agency ng apply ninyo niya applyan sad mo sa lain niya lahi lahi inyong CV o Profile; Dako kaayo ang possibility na DLI mo ma hatagan ug PASS
    c.Kung itweak sa recruiter inyong mga CV; pangayo ug copy; just in case mubalhin mo dli mo maipit sa recruiter kay muresign mo. Also, para sad lay problema sa PASS application, dapat tanan PAREHA, CONSISTENT para lay gubot.

    5. Extras

    these two sentences i somewhat not true. first of all S-Pass is not so called murag long term na visit pass kay S-pass is a "working visa" issue for 1,800 to 2,500 salary range. if long term visist pass, mao na ang EPEC. second thing, S-pass is good for 2 years. 3rd katong nag gunit ug Spass pero ang sweldo is 2500 pwede na maka kuha ug dependent pass for family member.

    Online application kay oras ra gyud na. mine was applied and approved on that same day.

    i stand corrected... sorry guys and thanks my roxanne.... sa SOCIAL VISIT PASS and SPass... i thought i read it once na inana xa...

    though.. naa juy SPASS na 1 year ra.. prerogative na xa sa EMPLOYER....

    again dili lng kay sweldo ang basehan, pati experience.. naa koy HIRE, 1900 ra ang Sweldo pero EP- Q1--- 5 years naman iya experience gud, LA SALLE gikan so school is a factor sad....

    pero ang akong gyud na bantayan anang mga agency kay gamay kaau ug offer. if ma direct hire ka swerte gyud kaau. ako kay direct hire ko sa company pero ang akong sweldo 2,500 above as a Document Controller. my boyfriend na hire siya sa dako na agency specifically ORION ENGINEERING ang hatag nila kay almost 5kSGD iya sweldo karon kay nahuman naman ang project nila he tries to apply sa agency diri ang offer kay layo ra sa offer sa iyang previous agency.

    but if masuwertihan mo na naay dagko na offer well maau pero ang uban agency or uban company dili na sila mo follow sa requirements or sa impose laws sa MOM. naay modus.
