Great teachings. He presented the Bible and Jesus in a way that even unbelievers can understand. Plus he aint just a jackass preacher. He knows the principles of other religions and secular philosophies too which makes the unbelievers of Seattle listen when he proclaim Jesus as the only way to God...

for 1st post and 1st parag... it is simply because command ni God (Jesus) sa ato Christian. that the WORLD should know about the Name Jesus. "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations..." Matt 28:19

also, from the common verse in the bible John 3:16 "For God so Love the World..."

and why people should know JESUS? Because in HIM we can gain salvation. "Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

"... believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life... " 1 John 5:13

hahaha! nice point, sir. and they say it could only be "washed away" by baptism or be born again. for me, i say, we make our own mistakes and we reap the consequences of it. i think it's entirely up to us what to do next with our lives, right sir?
