they usually refer you to a software that they claim to be "FREE" but in reality they're trial software and they only SCAN but do not REMOVE the malware unless you purchase the software...

go to safemode or safemode w/ networking. login as adminstrator and note the exact path where you can find 'msnmgr.exe', and from there..try to see if you can remove it.
