    good pm,

    having problems with the 4x16. have had no problems with the other pabx's we bought.

    Problem:
    1) for incoming calls, some extensions experience dropped calls (maputol after a few seconds but if you press plunger mobalik rasad). if we reset to factory defaults, mo ok rasad but afer a few hours sometimes after a day, mobalik ang sakit.
    2) lately, dili na mo forward ug calls but if you factory reset it , ok nasad.

    sent it back but warranty just expired (3 month warranty?). did not leave it nalang for technician to check coz takes a long time to get it back and there was no repair estimate.

    just used the pabx for about 3 weeks to a month. should've tested it right away but we did some renovation in the office.

    in your experience, are these just the quirks of this system or is this defective? also if defective, would you know repair cost so we can decide to have it repaired or buy a new system?

    did not have these problems with the 2 line or 3 line. . .
