Lighten up, I like MyJoy better than McDonalds and I believe their food tastes better than McDonalds, and I believe they fell victim to a lousy justice system. Nothing you can do about that.
I am no fan nor am I an employee of McDo. I never said their food is the best. In fact, McDo is a model of fast-and-convenient-but-unhealthy food. Since it was proven that their servings were unhealthy, I lost a lot of interest on fast food (strangely enough, nobody accuses Jollibee of serving unhealthy meals). Nowadays I rarely eat burgers, fries and the like.
The legal battle between McDo and MyJoy at the Supreme Court drew my attention when it first came out. Not only was it a clash of two fast food joints, it sparked debate on laws about trademarks, jurisdiction, timing, etc. It's a case worth discussing regardless of who won or who lost. If anyone can prove that something wrong affected the outcome of the case, then let's give them and the justice system a chance.
Back to MyJoy's food - as I said before they taste good, albeit small in serving sizes. For a 22 year old business, it's wonder why they remain small. They should expand to sell their tasty offerings to consumers. I've seen too many locations that have Jollibee and McDonald's competing close to each other. I'd like to see MyJoy challenge the status quo.
Back to that elusive burger on MyJoy's menu - I wanted to order it but they can't serve it. Why is that burger listed on the menu in the first place?
