Kinsay HR Personnel diri or "close" to someone in HR-ER Pwedi patabang ko ninyo mga guys/gals beh...Nang.apply ko Sykes last week katong sa Golden Peak. The HR lady said that they will have to check with HR-ER if okay pa ba ko for re-hire. Hangtod karon wala pa man ko tawagi. Hangyo lang ko mga peeps if pwedi ma.update intawn ninyo didto kay 2 months kapin na intawn ko walay trabaho. I really need the job jud mga guys/gals. Help a fellow Filipino out. Sykes ko before, 2006. Wala koy AWOL, wala pud ko NCNS, wala koy bad records, wala koy Memos. There were a few absences due to illness (first time man to nako gud, gikalibanga ko, nanibag.o sa time schedule). Tag.as man pud ko CSAT before. Tabangunon nuon ako AHT before, pro normal ra man tingali na sa newbie. Help lang guys/gals. Ako ra intaw'y gisaligan sa akong pamilya ron. Salamat daan sa mga makatabang sa akoa.

I need the job, dognabbit Ana pa tong usa ka girl, "Sir, you HAVE to wait for our call jud." Di ba sayop man na? Core skills training...di man na pwedi ang "you have to.." or "you need to.." And then I asked for a timeline, wala silay mahatag. My goodness, how hard is it, really, to pull my name out from a computer file, cross-check my records for any misdemeanors or what not, and tell me either "hey, you can still work for us" or "hey, you screwed up buddy. sorry, we dont want you." Sayon ra na, if orderly ang systema, sayon ra na and dali ra na.

bro, with all do respect, di ra man ikaw ang ilang gi asikaso. There are a lot of you guys na ila pa gi-check....I tried asking the HR who interviewed you and they she said that it's with HR-ER. But I will try to check it out again on Monday. I won't promise you anything but will just "try".

Daghan gyud kaayo tao sa family day! T'was fun gyud... lingaw kaayo ko ngadto but kapoy pud at the same time kay init...hehe...but can't wait for the next family day...

hehehe lingaw ang FAMILY DAY bisag way tulog then duty gabii after, lingaw. sa nakakaon sa akong hotdog, hope nalingaw mo. nagkabuang intawn kug tuhog ato so hope gilamian mo sa akong hotdog..pero after a few hours,nagsuroy2x nako. lingaw ang videoke booth kay naa prizes,movie tickets mug etc.. sayang wala giannounce so dili tanan nakahibaw naa diay prizes. hehehe nakadaug gud kog movie ticket ug mug. hehehe tone deaf man videoke machine!
