what i usually (long cut, old school) do is look for the temp file of that in temp internet folder
rename the *.tmp extension to *.flv
save
!

yeah sa youtube (very sikat nowadays) mahimo sa FLV .. pero FLV is like d kau stable
or lisud i scan while playing.. i convert it to friendly formats like Avi, Mpeg or WMV
